Why I wrote this book

It started with one question

At 15, I have a lot of thoughts. And one of them is: why has nobody written the book I actually wanted to read?

Every healthy lifestyle book I found was for adults. Full of rules. Full of numbers. "Eat this much protein, run this many kilometres, sleep exactly this many hours."

But I'm not a robot. And you probably aren't either.

Real life isn't perfect

I have days where french fries beat salad. Where I stay on my phone until 2am knowing tomorrow will be hard. Where the workout doesn't happen because I'm just tired.

And I think that's okay. Genuinely okay.

A healthy life isn't about every day being perfect. It's about the overall picture moving in the right direction — for you, at your pace.

What this book actually is

This book is an honest conversation. Not a lecture. Not a manual. A conversation between two young people — you and me.

I share things I've learned. Some are science-based, some are just my experience. I'll say when I'm not sure. I won't pretend to know everything.

Because I don't know everything. I'm 15 and still learning.

But I know this: small steps count. And those steps need to be yours.

Small steps. Big change. Our way.
